did a number of minor tweaks! i reordered some things on the tutorials page, and separated a guide to using custom fonts on a website to be on it's own page since it was slightly more involved than other coding snippets. i also added a link to that guide on the pixel fonts page since i figure that's a way a lot of folks would care to use those fonts
while i was fiddling with coding snippets, i added how to add image borders
somehow i never uploaded the resources page i made??? well, it's a new page, i guess it features links to various resources for maintaining your own website!
i also uploaded a page about utilizing some php scripts. it's an older page that still needs to be reworked, but for now it should be legible enough to be useful
